Probiotics and prebiotics
Two types of food related to bacteria and their performance we need to have in our daily lives are probiotics and prebiotics. Not only are names alike, but they also complement each other and it is important to walk together. Let’s explain.

Prebiotics are non-digestible fibers, but they have an important mission to fulfill in the gut. These foods are partners that facilitate the work of probiotics because they stimulate their growth and activity. “Prebiotics are foods that bacteria use as a basis to grow and fulfill their function, so one completes the other.”
Prebiotic foods are: vegetables, beans and all its types, oats, bananas, fruits, asparagus, garlic, leeks, onions.
